(Senior) Marketing Communications Manager
Are you a passionate marketing professional with a flair for crafting compelling narratives and executing impactful campaigns across Europe? We are seeking a dynamic (Senior) Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategic initiatives, elevate brand presence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector targeting European audiences
Proven track record in developing and executing annual marketing strategies, along with managing projects and budgets effectively
Broad skill set across digital marketing, content creation, product launches, demand generation, branding, and omni-channel campaigns
Expertise in creating diverse marketing materials, testing their efficacy through webinars, expert interviews, sell sheets, web content, interactive tools, and videos
Experience organizing and managing events such as ribbon-cuttings, photo and video shoots,
and trade shows
Ability to work closely with marketing, technical consulting, sales, and events teams while reporting to a US-based leadership structure
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, or data analytics
Proficiency in multiple languages or understanding of European market nuances
Familiarity with webinar platforms, interactive content tools, or digital measurement analytics
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Relevant experience in European pharmaceutical or healthcare markets preferred
Other Requirements:
Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe to events and shoots
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
