ABB wants to increase the team with someone who brings new technologies and solutions knowledge.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesABB is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with a strong background in Sales and Distribution module to support projects and implementations in the countries part of the “Italian cluster” (mainly Italy and France, but also Croatia and Serbia).You will bridges the gap between the technical environment and the business by gathering requirements and using data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services.Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role,
you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from local stakeholders and ABB Group, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions.Designing, optimizing, and supporting Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.Creating and maintaining business process documentation, Business Blueprints, and functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams on system enhancements and custom developments.Acting as the SAP SD Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing functional expertise, supporting cross-functional integrations, and guiding stakeholders throughout project delivery.Planning, executing, and supporting functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensurin
