Role Description Company Description Dexmond Technologies Ltd is an Ireland-based, Pre-Seed startup building secure, high-assurance AI automation for critical sectors including aviation, automotive, finance, and cybersecurity. Backed and supported by Enterprise Ireland , we are positioned for high-growth success in high-risk, heavily regulated domains.
At the core of our platform is , our proprietary neuroevolution engine that evolves intelligence autonomously rather than relying on standard static training models. Our product portfolio spans AI-driven threat detection, penetration testing suites, automated file encryption, autonomous flight and vehicle controls, and enterprise orchestration delivering deterministic, fully auditable outputs. Built on GDPR-native, zero-trust, and fully sovereign principles, Dexmond guarantees that client data and mission-critical logic remain under total control.
The Senior Security Engineer role is available as a Hybrid or Fully Remote position based in Ireland (due to local employment constraints) or as an EU-based Consulting engagement .

You will need to want a complete new adventure—one that will be long, intense, and hard. In this role, you will act as the primary security authority for Dexmond’s core infrastructure and AI platforms, leading the end-to-end security design, threat modeling, and posture review of our autonomous systems.
