EV BioSolutions S.p.A. is newly incorporated Italian biotechnology start-up (2025) focusing on the isolation, characterisation, validation, and scalable production of orange extracellular vesicles (oEVs) as a next‑generation technology platform for the delivery of therapeutics, biologics, and vaccines.
Position Summary We are seeking an experiences CTO with a strong scientific and technological background. The successful candidate will lead the company's operations and will promote its business, driving the transition from research and proof‑of‑concept to industrial development and value creation. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing technology development, and leading the organisation through key scientific and operational, milestones, including a critical role in searching and establishing key strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Execute the company's overall scientific and technology strategy.
Lead the development of the extracellular vesicle platform from pre‑clinical research through future development stages.
