Job Title: Global AME Senior Industrial Project Leader
Function (Department): Manufacturing
JOB SUMMARY: The Global AME Senior Industrial Project Leader coordinates and manages global projects and processes in within a manufacturing environment for NPDI projects (till gate5) and during plant-to-plant transfers. She will collaborate with the cross functional teams globally to drive time to market requirements, operational excellence, capacity planning to support business growth. He will contribute in the scenario planning and project execution management translating the voice of the customer into Design for Manufacturing, FMEA analysis, supply chain mapping with optimization of lead time, cost and capital, prototyping & piloting, manufacturing facility layouts and product line testing.
Main responsibilities: Drive and coordinate the manufacturing requirements of new products, from project concept to manufacturing release of new products.
Coordinate and track all stages of prototype and pilot runs.

Work with Manufacturing Engineers and Materials teams to develop documentation for new products (bills of material, routings, and manufacturing instructions).
Communicate project requirements’, actions, and status with other departments.
Develops and implements product quality standards between production plants, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods for maximum efficiency.
Estimates resource requirements, production times and schedule for manufacturing processes.
Drives the industrial scope as it relates to the specific project requirements.
Collaborates cross functionally and globally with NPDI & supply chain teams.
Develops overall Supply Chain Architecture to support the key customer requirements.
Value stream mapping of the entire process - including customer touch points (configurators/ordering tools)
Make vs. Buy studies.
Equipment, tools & fixture design/development & deployment
Provides feedback to the design team about Design for Manufacturability, assembly
