About The Role
We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to co‑lead one of our Camper stores in Paris; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
As a Camper Assistant Store Manager, your mission will be to work in partnership with the Store Manager in the execution of all store activities to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.
We’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers,
develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Customer Experience Management: Our clients matter You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long‑term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
- Team Management: Camper people are the key asset at Camper You will be taking on the role of co‑leader within the team, actively participating in the recruitment process, acting as a trainer/coach, always leading by example.
- Business Results & Efficiency: Optimizing is our ultimate goal. You are required to support the Store Manager in managing the point of sale efficiently taking business analysis into account.
