Docker, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Solutions Engineering for EMEA to lead a fully remote SE team focused on AI Governance.
You will partner with Sales Directors, align SE coverage with a growing enterprise book, and drive technical wins across Docker's largest accounts in the region. You will hire, onboard, and ramp SEs, build enablement programs, and maintain cadence with leadership while ensuring the team delivers repeatable discovery, design, and proof validation.
