WW Talents is hiring for a customer service role in Porto, Portugal, supporting Italian and English speaking clients on a leading travel platform. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service, a high school diploma, and fluency in Italian with strong communication skills. This on-site position runs Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 with a gross salary of €1,000 per month plus bonuses.
