Build and deliver tailored Success Blueprint aligned to customers' business goals and provide customized usage/adoption recommendations, risk identification, mitigation, and governance advice. Be responsible for driving customer adoption and success. Serve as an escalation point for customer issues impacting their success to drive risk mitigation. Able to maintain cross-functional relationships account system (Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and support) with the goal of owning the post-sale strategy and customer satisfaction.
