We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager, Power Train to join our dynamic team in Bologna, ItalyThe successful candidate will be responsible for the PowerTrain portfolio deployment as a combined solution that includes the power distribution from the MV down to the rack server.MV Switchgears, Transformers, LV Switchgears, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), batteries (mainly VRLA and LIB technologies), Static Transfer Systems (STS), Power Distribution Units (PDU), Remote Power Panels (RPP), Busbars Systems, Energy Management System (Vertiv Unify),



offered in any close-coupled combination as well as integrated in a Skid base. Alternative power sources e.g. are also part of the Vertiv PowerTrain offerDuties & Responsibilities· Manage the full lifecycle of the PowerTrain portfolio, including new product introduction (NPDI process), line extensions, product updates, rationalization, and end-of-production planning (phase-in / phase-out process).· Gather and prioritize customer, channel, and market requirements through direct engagement with sales teams, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.· Define and communicate voice-of-customer requirements and support product business cases for new developments and enhancements.· Research market trends, demand drivers, specification practices, and competitor positioning in PowerTrain markets.· Develop regional go-to-market plans and support sales and marketing strategies to maximize portfolio revenue and profitability.· Manage product line
