Support in defining and leading the digital commercial strategy to maximize sales and performance across e Commerce platforms Coordinating the Digital Store e Commerce Traders and Assistants team, ensuring effective management of daily activities, priorities, and capability development Overseeing the daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness, the right promotional balance, and a strong focus on the customer experience Collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Content to develop campaigns, commercial themes, and promotions aligned with business goals Analyzing performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, new commercial concepts, and areas for continuous improvement Sharing best practices and results with local and international stakeholders, fostering alignment, innovation,



and acceleration of the digital business Helping drive the long-term expansion of the online channel through the development of new commercial opportunities and a stronger omnichannel strategy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields Solid experience of at least 5 years in a digital environment (ideally multi-channel), online sales, retail/merchandising, and e Commerce trading Previous experience managing people and structured teams in international environments Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional/cross-market collaboration skills Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with excellent knowledge of key digital KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session/Bounce Rate, CTR, etc.) Excellent knowledge of the main digital and traditional tools for performance analysis, conversion optimization, and testing (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, Excel, Similar Web, Contentsquare, Bazaarvoice, etc.) Native Italian and fluent English.
