Responsibilities include ensuring that all project activities comply with HE and BU High Voltage Products processes, regulations, guidelines, and instructions.You will join a dynamic, cross-functional R&D; team, reporting to the TC Quality Manager NAM (North America) and SEU (Southern Europe), and contribute to the design, testing, and quality improvement of HV Products.
Your quality expertise and continuous improvement mindset will help drive forward cutting-edge solutions in high voltage technology.How You'll Make an ImpactGuides and monitors R&D; teams in applying quality standards across NPI and large GPS projects within the Technology Center (TC) and across functional teams, from project inception through product or system implementation. Monitors all deliverables and milestones, guaranteeing that the product is verified and validated and ready for being released.Supports project teams by ensuring that quality goals are clearly understood and fully integrated into the project plan.Define and implement comprehensive quality requirements for NPI throughout all Gate Model stages and major product improvement initiatives.Drive and facilitate DFMEA and PFMEA, DFM and DFA, reliability assessments, and support the identification of product and process special characteristics that will fulfill the Quality Control Plan.Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving act
