That’s our promise to such a candidate.A few examples of your responsibilities- Execute day‑to‑day IT support for all Spooners by resolving and escalating helpdesk requests related to hardware, software, and SaaS tools.- Own the integration process of IT stacks of newly acquired companies into a cohesive, centralized ecosystem, ensuring compatibility, continuity, and consistently excellent standards.- Maintain the office’s IT infrastructure, including networking, conferencing, and access control, ensuring all operates smoothly and securely without fail.- Lead the onboarding and offboarding of Spooners’ hardware and software, ensuring devices, accounts, and access are correctly configured and documented.- Provide technical support for live events, including testing, setup, and real‑time troubleshooting,
