Position We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator Distributor responsible for coordinating sales support activities for distributor, ensuring operational excellence, continuous process improvement, KPI achievement, and effective collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and IT functions. Monitor performance, create a productive and positive work environment so that everyone can do their best work.
The candidate acts as the engine that keeps the efficiency of sales processes, order entry, and order management going, and sets up the ideal conditions for the team to work at their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Monitor turnover performance and analyze order portfolio delays, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions Prepare and maintain monthly turnover projections and performance forecasts to support business planning and decision-making Collaborate with Logistics and IT department to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze existing workflows and develop continuous improvement processes to enhance the availability and quality of information provided to customers Analyze logistics and IT flows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and cross-functional collaboration Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives Coordinate and prioritize the daily acti
