We are seeking an exceptional Account Director, Specialty Markets – Middle East to lead our commercial strategy across the Middle East, GCC, Diplomatic, Government Delegations and Entertainment segments.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is a pivotal pre-opening role responsible for developing high-value business and establishing Baccarat Hotel Rome as the preferred address for discerning travellers from the region.

About the Role
This is not a traditional account management position.
We are looking for a highly connected sales professional with an established network across the Middle East who knows how to identify opportunities, build influential relationships and negotiate commercially sound business.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the sales strategy for the Middle East, GCC, Diplomatic, Government Delegation and Entertainment markets.
Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your assigned segments.
Building relationships with luxury travel advisors, family offices, embassies, government entities, protocol offices,



entertainment representatives and key decision makers.
Representing Baccarat Hotel Rome at international trade events, roadshows and client functions.
Negotiating commercial agreements that maximise long-term revenue and profitability.
Working closely with Revenue Management to ensure business is strategically aligned with pricing and market positioning.
Collaborating with Marketing and PR to increase brand awareness across the region.
Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and business forecasts to support commercial decision-making.

You are someone who understands the nuances of luxury travel within the Middle East and has an established reputation within the market.
