Salary range: €40,000 - €45,000 (depending on experience) + performance premio.

What You Would Do As Our Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Traka Italy, you will actively support the growth of our business in Italy by engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing new market segments. You will work closely with the technical, sales and international teams within ASSA ABLOY and report directly to the General Manager of Traka Italy.
- Driving new business development by proactively identifying, engaging and converting prospective customers,



while exploring new markets and application opportunities for Traka and KEYper solutions.
- Building, managing and growing a strong customer portfolio, developing existing accounts through relationship management, upselling and business expansion opportunities.
- Leading the end-to-end sales process, including customer meetings, product demonstrations, needs assessments, solution design, quotations, contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, technical, service and field teams to deliver tailored solutions, successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate sales pipeline management in Salesforce, monitoring market and competitor trends, and representing Traka at customer events, trade fairs, exhibitions and demonstrations.

- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business
