The primary role is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program and to deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients.
Responsabilities:
- Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits.
- Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and elevate issues and requests when needed.
- Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P;’s services.
