EMEA Business Development Manager Memory (m/f/d)
In this role you will drive memory strategy execution across EMEA, aligning with sales, suppliers, and customers to generate sustainable revenue and margin. You will translate market insights into growth plans and identify opportunities with key accounts and new customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push design-ins and recurring business in DRAM, NAND, NOR, and specialty memory. This position offers strategic influence, hands‑on market shaping, and the chance to contribute to EBV's Memory-focused growth.

- Develop and deploy memory market strategy across internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Identify strategic customers and manage relationships across engineering, supply chain, and procurement
- Promote memory products to drive design-ins and recurring business with new and existing customers
- Lead regional design activity, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, FAEs, and technical teams




- Conduct joint customer visits with Sales/FAEs to secure new business and expand programs
- Track design-in data and monitor migration activities to ensure progress
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and share market intelligence with internal teams
- Execute segment‑specific marketing programs in collaboration with Marketing and Procurement
- Organize customer events and represent EBV at industry events
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or program development, preferably in memory technology
- Strong strategic thinking with solid market insight
- Proven ability in opportunity development and disciplined pipeline management
- Experience in customer and supplier relationship management
- Technical understanding of A&D; electronics
- Awareness of compliance and risk management principles
- Strong communication and influencing skills
