What you will do

The Junior HVACR Area Manager will be responsible for the sales of YORK chillers/absorbers and SABROE chillers/heatpumps within the assigned area together with a senior Area Manager, with the objective of maximizing sales in terms of volume, turnover and margin, increasing the commercial penetration and developing the assigned markets. You will do energy analysis and calculation of pay-back times to be able to present high value solution to customers and will focus on large decarbonisation projects.

How you will do it
- Target opportunities within our HVACR sector that translate into profitable growth
- Develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the YORK/SABROE brand across the area
- Achieves the target for sales in the assigned area




- Deals directly with major customers within the assigned area
- Develops long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers and end-users
- Understands the customer base needs and works to align them with JCI products and services
- Seeks for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment of the assigned area
- Partners with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influencing on specifications (end-users, consulting engineers) and managing pricing (contractors)
- Keeps up to date with products and competitors
- Reports sales figures
- Grows and updates regularly the pipeline
- Find new markets/industrail sectors for industrial heatpumps to boost decarbonisation.

What we look for
- Previous experience within the HVACR industry with a special focus on chillers/heatpumps applications
- Strong experience in energy analysis and pay-back times
- Sales experience within the chille
