Digital & Service Solutions" is looking for aSolutions After Sales ManagerYOU ACTThe Solutions After Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the technical and commercial processes with main focus on spare parts and modernization solutions rolling mills.
This role includes preparing quotations, executing orders, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and experienced in handling industrial spare parts in a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for long product rolling mills / flat product rolling (hot/cold).
- Identify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support.
- Prepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments.
- Evaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing, and supplier management teams.
