The Role

Wearelookingfor aSenior AI/ML Engineerto provide technical leadershipacrossAI and datainitiatives. Thisisahands-onindividualcontributorroleforsomeonewhocan takeambiguousAI/MLproblems,understandthe technical challenges,shapepracticalsolutionsand breakthemdownintoexecutableengineering work.

You'llworkcloselywithengineers, data scientists, product, domainexperts, Delivery and Architecture to turnideasintotechnicallysound,



production-readysolutions.You'llhelp teams makedifficulttechnicaldecisions,identifyrisks andunknownsearly, and provide the technicaldirectionneededtomovecomplexinitiativesforward. Success inthisrolemeanshelpingteams makebettertechnicaldecisions,reducinguncertaintyearlyandimprovingthequalityandpredictabilityof engineeringexecution.

Thisisahybridpermanentrole, with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.

WhatYou'llWork On

You'llhelp build AI and data productsusedin energyenvironments,including:
- Predictivemaintenanceforcriticalinfrastructure
- Anomalydetectionon industrialsensordata
- Asset monitoring andoperationalintelligence
- Energy forecasting and time-seriesmodelling
- Production ML systemsoperatingon large-scalemultimodaldatasets

Thesearedifficultreal-worldproblemsinvolvingnoisyand incompletesensordata, sparse labels, large-scale time-seriesdatasets andevolvingoperationalrequirements.
