By leading business development activities, you will leverage market insights and industry trends to shape product strategy, support new product development and drive customer-focused business opportunities. - Understand market needs and industry trends through customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, product benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to win targeted opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to adapt business models to local market requirements
- Drive commercial performance by monitoring revenue, profitability and BOM targets, while supporting strategy development and marketing reviews
- Collaborate with R&D; teams to define product roadmaps, set development targets and drive product enhancements aligned with business strategy,
customer needs and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support long-term business success
- Assess and monitor RFQs, business opportunities and project viability to ensure strategic and profitable decision-making
- Partner closely with Sales teams by providing guidance and support on product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation and overall go-to-market approach
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Technical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors would be considered a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with, or a strong affinity for, digital technologies, including Power BI and AI tools
