ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Business Manager On Trade in thearea,you will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strategic relationships with key customersin the area assigned.



You willcreatethe legacy of Bacardiand drivekey decisions that will significantly affect Bacardi’sfull portfoliopresence in theItalianOntrade.Your deep commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships and lead and inspire a Sales team will be key to your success in this role.
- You will beresponsibleto deliverkey revenueand commercialtargetsas determined by the Country financial plan.
- You willbuild andmaintain effective relationships with strategic customersfor your channel.
- You will be accountable forthe implementationof the customer and shopper programswithin your channel asagreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
- You willdriveuse of Commercial Excellence assets (e.g.Pictures of Success) and approach to activate our brandsto influence consumers at the point of purchase.
