/ppbPrivate Banker Assistant - Milan /b /ppProvide support to Private Banker on client-focused activities. Assist with client administration and client management, manage workflows and ensure that processes remain timely as well as efficient and effective. /ppAs a Private Banker Assistant for our Italian branch, you'll be reporting to the local COO. /ppbYOUR ROLE: /b /ppSupport Private Bankers with administrative duties pertaining to the clients' accounts: /pliAccount opening process, daily monitoring of the accounts, act as first contact for all administrative KYC file documentation /liliProcess transfer orders and deal with client correspondence and all administrative matters /liliEnsure appropriate filling/archiving of documentation of all client account documentation /liliLiaise with internal service providers within the company to ensure timely and accurate execution/resolution of clients' request /liliNotify Bankers of documentation issues/pending items encount
