We are searching for the best talent for Associate Specialist Operational Excellence to be in Borgo San Michele - Latina.

For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.

Purpose:




As an Operational Excellence Associate Specialist, you will join a dynamic team focused on improving operational performance through the integration of Lean methodologies, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation initiative and Sharing of excellence culture in the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and implement innovative solutions that enhance reliability, productivity, quality, and efficiency across pharmaceutical operations.

This one-year temporary position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of manufacturing excellence and emerging technologies, while contributing to projects that ultimately impact patients worldwide.
