We advance women's health through bold innovation, and our breast care technologies help clinicians act with precision and confidence at every stage of a patient's journey.We are looking for a driven Breast Interventional Sales Specialist to join our team and to cover the Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche & Umbria regions of Italy.

In this role, you will be the face of Hologic on the ground, an ambassador who builds trusted relationships with clinicians and champions our breast interventional and surgery portfolio to expand its reach and impact.What To Expect:Drive business growth, market share and sales performance within the Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany territory, with a key focus on the breast interventional product line and the wider breast surgery portfolio.Take ownership of achieving performance targets while ensuring excellence in customer relationship management,



customer service and support.Spend on average 70 to 80% of your time travelling, regularly visiting customers and supporting them in their working environments, particularly operating rooms and breast surgery units.Develop and implement a structured territory plan and customer segmentation to maximise coverage and focus on the highest opportunity accounts.Understand and clearly articulate product features, benefits and applications, positioning Hologic's interventional and surgical solutions effectively within the breast care pathway.Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, competitors and the local market landscape, particularly within breast interventional and surgical devices, and use these insights to shape your sales approach.What We Expect:Surgical medical device sales experience, with a proven track record of driving territory growth and managing complex hospital accounts.Solid sales acumen
