location_on Milanowork_outline Full Timeacute Permanent For an important Life Science company we are looking for a: CLINICAL CONSULTANTResponsibilities The candidate will be directly responsible for:Leads defined workstreams within clinicaldigital transformation projects, taking ownership of deliverables from planningthrough to completion. Gathers and analyses clientrequirements, translating them into practical solutions for clinical systems(e TMF, CTMS, SCE, EDC). Leads change management andhypercare activities for implemented systems, escalating only whereclient-level decisions are required. Identifies and proposesprocess and methodology improvements based on direct client and projectexperience. Manages day-to-day clientrelationships for assigned workstreams, resolving routine issues withoutescalation. Defines and tracks projectKPIs for owned workstreams, reporting progress to the Project Lead. Guides and reviews the work of Analysts assigned tothe same project Runs client and stakeholdermeetings directly, driving agendas and decisions rather than only recordingthem.



Your Profile The company will consider candidates that meet this requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or a related STEM field. At least 2 years' relevant experience in clinicaloperations or consulting. Proficient in English. Knowledge of clinicaloperations workflows (study start-up, site management, monitoring, essentialrecords). Working knowledge of atleast one major clinical digital platform (e.g., Veeva Vault e TMF, CTMS, SCE,EDC). Experience working directly with clients in a deliveryor advisory capacity.
