or those assigned to you by the Managing Attorney, from inception through settlement and closure. Assume responsibility for the competent provision of mediation and legal services, including drafting settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, client memos, and status updates. Work with other members of the legal team to develop case strategy and provide direction to paralegals and legal assistants. Serve as the principal contact between the firm and clients on assigned cases, advising them on their legal rights, obligations, and best interests. Gather and organize financial information and create financial reports. Analyze case-specific issues and documentation, and conduct legal and other research as needed.
