About the role

We're looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of critical operations and services.
You'll collaborate with service owners, Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting related to operational resilience.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing operational resilience frameworks, policies, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Collaborating cross-functionally to conduct risk assessments, business impact analysis, and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats
- Developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity and exit plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirement
