WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer logistics related questions from sales/service colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Engage in troubleshooting and follow up inquiries in a structured way until the case has been resolved.
- Process and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on-time.
- Advise sales/service teams on available logistics services to meet specific customer shipping requirements (e.g. route coding).
- Maintain and coordinate load planning processes with the warehouse and transport provider through supply chain collaboration platforms.
- Managing the stock levels in remote stock locations for spare parts and accessories
- Ensuring reliable stock bookings in remote stock locations, conduction periodical stock counts and document these for internal audits.
