Role Summary – Head of Ticket Sales & Operations
As part of the new stadium project, the Head of Ticket Sales & Operations will lead Venezia FC's premium and ticketing sales strategy, manage a high‐performing sales team, and drive commercial growth during an exciting period of transformation. The position is pivotal in generating revenue and elevating the brand across season tickets, group sales, premium hospitality, and special events.




Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a results‐driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Drive premium and ticketing revenue by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue across premium hospitality, seasonal memberships, and match‐by‐match ticketing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the go‐to‐market strategy for the new stadium, shaping product mix, pricing, and sales phasing.
Own premium and ticketing business plans, set ambitious revenue targets, define sales objectives, and monitor performance against key commercial metrics.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate clients and high‐value supporters through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Utilize CRM systems and market intelligence to track performance, forecast revenue, and inform strategic decision‐makin
