Independent planning and execution of department‐specific sourcing projects
Management and coordination of the team within your assigned commodity group

Close collaboration with various internal departments and international stakeholders
Strategic negotiations to secure highest‐quality food products at the most competitive price
Development of buying strategies, processes, and reporting structures
Establishment of product know-how and identification of optimization potential across different country requirements
Development and management of national and international supplier relationships
Execution of cost price and competition analyses

Your Profile University degree in economics or equivalent studies
Business‐fluent English skills
Perfect command of Italian language and culture
Solid professional experience in buying and negotiation, preferably in an international environment and within food/near‐food commodities
Strong PC skills (especially MS Office); SAP knowledge is an advantage
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abi
