This role will focus on sourcing, analysing, and executing logistics real estate investment and development opportunities across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developmentsPerform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modellingConduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligenceBuild and maintain relationships with brokers,



advisors, and off-market sourcesSupport negotiations and prepare internal investment documentationCoordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisorsContribute to investment committee materials and approval processesAssist with portfolio monitoring, asset strategy, and valuation exercisesKey CriteriaExtensive real estate investment experience in Italy (7+ years)Strong analytical capabilitywith the ability to independently assess investment opportunitiesEstablished network within the Italian real estate market(agents, brokers, investors)Highly target-driven and commercially motivated, with strong personal drive and ambitionCollaborative mindset and team-oriented approachRequirementsProven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within ItalyAdvanced financial modelling and analytical skillsStrong relationship management and business development capabilitie
