About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, develop high-quality content, and support the growth of our business across digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, strong execution skills, and a good understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. You will take ownership of our social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, and work closely with the team to translate our expertise, products, projects, and ideas into compelling marketing content.
You should be comfortable moving from strategy to execution: developing a marketing plan, creating a content calendar, writing posts, coordinating visual assets, launching campaigns, and analyzing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence, ensuring a consistent flow of relevant, engaging, and high-quality content.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company, its products, services, projects, and thought leadership.
- Create content strategies and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and visibility within the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across relevant social media channels.
- Write and edit social media posts, campaign copy, presentations, website content, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal teams and subject-matter experts to transform complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
- Maintain and manage the marketing and editorial content calendar.
- Identify opportunities to showcase company expertise, customer projects, events, partnerships, and industry insights.
- Support lead-generation and business-development activities through targeted digital campaigns and content.
- Monitor social media and campa
