Friday 21 August 2026 Requirement: Senior Administrative Assistant Location: Lughezzano, IT Tempo pieno On-Site: Yes Time On-Site: 100% Total Scope of the request (hours): 600 Required Start Date: 28 September 2026 End Contract Date: 31 December 2026 Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET Duties & Role: The incumbent's duties are: Assist the Chief Administrative Assistant in all administrative activities at the site. Support the development of new or improved station internal administrative processes. Liaise, as directed, with other central administrative departments of the Agency, to include NIMSC HRPMO, SATCOM Business Unit Principal Assistant, CPO, Finance, Travel, training, etc. Take all necessary actions to ensure that adequate administrative bedding and other domestic supplies are available. Support all personnel in all administrative activities, namely HR, Finance, travel, training, etc.



Perform administrative and clerical duties as required, including: Keep a registry of all incoming and outgoing correspondence; Keep a registry of all leave periods, sick leaves; Prepare all the required documents (TDY, transportation requests). Carry out other duties as directed. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 1 years post related experience, or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 3 years post related experience. At least 2 years' experience in Administration duties.
