As Ostro continues to grow and onboard new customers, we're looking for a Frontend Engineer to support both implementation needs and ongoing product development. In this role, you'll help ensure that the customer experience—both during launch and long after—is smooth, performant, and reliable.

troubleshoot launch‐related issues, and push the product experience forward.
Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of our customer launches, as well as the polish of the core product itself.
Our frontend needs are growing with our business, and we need a dedicated engineer who can scale with us. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of heads‐down development and cross‐functional collaboration—and who takes pride in shipping and deploying impactful software
Responsibilities




- Play the primary role troubleshooting and testing issues related to product rollout to our customers
- Optimize application performance and scalability to meet user demands
- Create documentation on customer specific configurations to make support easier for the broader team
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement new features and refine existing ones
- Ensure code quality through thorough reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices
- Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills And Competencies/Education
- High proficiency with one or more of the following: React, Javascript/Typescript, Tailwind
- You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- You have 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- You have shipped production code B2B software products
