Core responsibilities you'll face in the position: Lead the Strategy & Transformation Department in consolidating its role as a strategic company function, responsible for supporting the definition, development, and execution of business strategy and transversal transformation initiatives Partner with the local Board of Directors to identify strategic growth opportunities, proactively challenging assumptions and contributing to strategic decision-making , and supporting their translation into concrete initiatives and programs , while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders at local and central levels Monitor and assess the business model to ensure alignment with Company strategic objectives, proposing improvements and adjustments where needed Define, implement, and continuously improve the transformation and program management framework (PMO) , ensuring effective governance, pr
