Role Description
The Information Technology Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals delivering technical support, break-fix services, and infrastructure maintenance across servers, networks,



and end-user devices. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing incident resolution, managing escalations, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements, and optimizing IT operations to support business needs. The Information Technology Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve performance and service quality. The role also involves documenting processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Technical Support, with hands-on experience in server, network, and desktop environments.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management and Team Leadership abilities, including mentoring, workload planning, and performance oversight.
