AI Operations - Junior
*Full-time* • €23,000 gross annual salary (Also available as a curricular internship for university students • €400 monthly)
Imola (preferred) or Bologna (HQ), Italy. This is a fully on-site position. Remote work is not available for this role.

We are looking for a junior professional who wants to start a career in the tech industry and join our Operations team. You will use our technology on real-world cases and provide feedback that will shape the product’s direction.

You will take on real responsibilities from day one and develop experience across digital product development and operations. It’s the ideal opportunity to learn how to collaborate with tech teams in a fast-growing environment and build your career in this field.




What you’ll do

Your typical day will involve:
- Using the Liablix platform to reconstruct road accidents through our advanced digital tools. We have created an entirely new way of analyzing accidents, and your daily work and feedback will help shape how the product evolves.
- Reviewing and validating the results generated by the platform, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistent quality while contributing to its continuous improvement.
- Developing specialized knowledge of road accidents by analyzing vehicle damage, impact points, accident dynamics, and the available documentation.
- Working closely with our highly skilled software development team, reporting bugs and anomalies, and suggesting new features and product improvements.
