HIRING: IT Hardware Support Technician – Milan, Italy ??

Location: Milan, Italy – Via Agnello, 8

? Client: TIG

? Employment: Full-Time (FTE) with Backfill

? Duration: 1 Year

? Rate: €3,000/month

? Service Window: LBH

?️ Italian: B2 minimum

Key Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in IT / Desktop & Hardware Support

• Strong desktop, laptop, workstation, printer & mobile device support experience

• Hardware break/fix and deskside support

• Windows & Microsoft Office troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN & VLAN

• Asset/inventory and spare-parts management experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience supporting VIPs, end users and technical teams

• Good English communication skills

• Italian language proficiency – B2 minimum

Responsibilities:



• Provide onsite hardware break/fix and deskside support

• Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, Macintosh and mobile devices

• Manage onsite spares and hardware inventory

• Perform installations, changes and asset tagging

• Coordinate repairs with external suppliers

• Maintain weekly inventory and equipment reports

• Follow IT support processes and escalation procedures
