The
Regional Privacy Leader
is responsible for leading the Privacy Compliance Risk function across the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. Reporting to the Chief Privacy Officer (CPO), this role will drive the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the organization's privacy framework, ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy and artificial intelligence laws and regulations while embedding privacy-by-design principles across business operations.

The successful candidate will serve as the regional privacy subject matter expert,



partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support privacy governance, risk management, training, regulatory compliance, and strategic privacy initiatives. This role may also provide global privacy support as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Privacy Officer to determine and implement the organization's privacy compliance strategy across EMEA and APAC.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert on privacy, artificial intelligence and data protection regulations, including GDPR and other applicable laws and inform of developments as appropriate.
- Provide guidance to business functions and stakeholders on privacy requirements, risk mitigation, and compliance obligations.
- Lead privacy governance activities, including privacy assessments, controls monitoring, reporting, and compliance oversight.
