Operational Excellence Project Manager
to join our Performance Excellence organization and play a strategic role in delivering transformation initiatives across the region.

The Role

As an
Operational Excellence Project Manager
, you will report directly to the
Performance Excellence Director
and lead high-impact projects supporting business growth, client transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.





You will act as a key driver of operational transformation, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while creating measurable value for clients and the business.

What You'll Do

Project & Transition Management
- Lead end-to-end client transitions, from planning and implementation through stabilization and hypercare.
- Manage complex regional projects involving multiple workstreams, countries, stakeholders, and operational teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance structures.
- Ensure all project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Support the design and implementation of operational excellence methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Drive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, and business performance.
