You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of HR processes and supporting decisions that have a real impact on people. Your work will contribute to creating a fairer, more transparent, and people-centered workplace.

*What Will You Do?*




- Verify attendance and timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Manage relationships with the external Payroll Partner responsible for monthly payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Collect and analyze data across the entire HR functionMonitor key HR metrics (e.g., Turnover, Absenteeism, etc.)
- Transform data into clear and actionable business insights
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR information
- Serve as a point of reference for colleagues on compensation and payroll-related matters
- Support the administration of welfare and benefits programs, contributing to employee well-being
- Ensure the protection of personal data in compliance with GDPR requirements
- Manage and continuously improve HR systems (e.g., Zucchetti, SAP SuccessFactors)
