Role Description
The Kaizen Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bologna Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on supporting client organizations in the design, implementation, and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day activities include conducting Gemba observations, mapping processes,
identifying waste, and proposing practical improvements aligned with Kaizen principles. The Kaizen Engineer will facilitate workshops, coach team leaders and department heads in Daily Kaizen routines, and help create visual management and standardized work tools. The role also involves preparing training materials, delivering training sessions, documenting project outcomes, and collaborating with the Kaizen Institute Italy team to share best practices across client engagements.
