About the role
We are looking for several territory Sales Engineers for different areas in Italy. You will develop Music & Lights business in your assigned territory, combining commercial execution with solid technical knowledge of the products and their real-world applications. The goal is to create and close opportunities through a technical, consultative sales approach - running demos and building lasting relationships with designers, rental companies, system integrators, theatres and broadcasters. The role is territory-based,
with a hybrid working model: around 70% of your time remote, between home office and customer visits across the territory, and around 30% at the HQ in Minturno (LT), to host visiting customers and for technical and commercial updates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business in the assigned territory by building a pipeline of opportunities, following up commercially and converting opportunities to reach sales targets.
- Run professional demos and presentations, showcasing the products in real workflows and applications, with in-depth knowledge of the product and of its positioning against competitors.
- Own the entire sales cycle: pre-sales, product selection, quotations and after-sales coordination.
- Engage specifiers - lighting designers, consultants and end customers - with application support and technical information, hosting them at the HQ and meeting them at their workplaces.
