What You'll Actually Be Doing
You won't just be answering calls—you'll be the tech-savvy hero behind one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands. Everyday brings a new puzzle, helping high-profile drivers stay connected, safe, and moving smoothly.
Your Daily Jam:
- Connected Mobility & Smart Tech (CMS): Help drivers sync their smartphones to their Mercedes-Benz, navigate the Mercedes me app, toggle digital features, set up live traffic, and unleash the full power of their car's digital ecosystem.
- Roadside Rescue & Lifesavers (RSA):



Be the ultimate knight in shining armor When a driver hits a bump in the road or breaks down, you'll step in with fast, empathetic, 24/7 support-coordinating breakdown assistance or towing to get them back on track safely.
- VIP Customer Service (CS): Handle premium inquiries like booking dealer appointments, answering warranty questions, assisting with workshop complaints, and making sure every customer feels like a VIP.

(Don't stress—you'll start by mastering 2 key skills during training, and we'll gradually upskill you to become a full 3-skill legend)
Who You Are
- Language Powerhouse: You speak fluent Italian (C1) - plus solid operational English (B2) .
- Tech-Savvy & Mobile-Adept: You know your way around iOS and Android like the back of your hand, can effortlessly explain how to set up a mobile hotspot, and navigate basic software like a pro.
