Candidates must be based in or relocate within proximity of one of 2-TIMES office locations: Hong Kong (Central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD).
Relocation support will be considered depending on experience.
Reporting to the Head of Private Clients, our Senior Private Client Manager is responsible for increasing the spending power of 2-TIMES’ multi-region client lists, engaging with and developing new and existing HNW members across key target regions.
He/She/They will develop highly personalised relationships with clients,
both online and in-person at events, from key markets counting Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, UAE/KSA (GCC), and Mainland China — providing one-to-one styling support and a curated eCommerce shopping experience that is totally localized and focuses on upholding the innovative nature of 2-TIMES’ multi-faceted retail model, which comprises luxury fashion, beauty/fragrance, contemporary art, and music.
The Private Client Manager will expertly navigate both data and judgment to quickly assess the independent needs of varying subjects, including special occasions, vendors/products of interest, language needs, time constraints, etc.
