As our Backend Tech Lead, you'll be the person who plays a critical role in shaping the future of digital welfare payments—handling everything from employer benefits to complex products. Conduct technical analysis for medium-to-large projects, designing highly-available, scalable, and secure solutions for products that define the welfare core.
Implement robust testing strategies and oversee gradual rollouts to ensure welfare distributions are precise and reliable.
Proactively address technical blockers, drive knowledge sharing, and tackle unique B2B registration and high-volume agevolazioni allocation challenges.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers,
ensuring high-quality engineering practices across the team.
System maintenance and stability : Simplify payments and improve accessibility by maintaining efficient systems that handle complex welfare regulations with ease.
User-first engineering : Build products where technical excellence translates into a frictionless journey for both employers and employees.
Extensive experience : You have at least 5 years of related experience in back-end software engineering, with a proven track record in microservices and cloud environments.
Programming expertise : You possess deep experience with Java and a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
You have a proven ability to conduct technical analysis for large-scope projects affecting multiple systems and drive knowledge sharing.
