Bending Spoons in Milan seeks a talented, driven, and collaborative legal professional to join our core legal team. You will support corporate M&A;, product and commercial, IP, privacy, or compliance, and contribute to research, drafting, and day-to-day operations.
You will draft and negotiate contracts, work closely with Product, Finance, HR, Business Acquisitions, and external counsel, and help scale legal tooling with AI-powered workflows to accelerate growth and regulatory compliance.
