About the role

As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary sales contact for customers across the Lombardy region. You will represent the full range of Quaker Houghton’s products, equipment, and services.

In this role, you will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers—primarily in the metalworking fluids market—while also identifying opportunities to expand services, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

What you will do




- Develop business growth across the Lombardy region to achieve sales and margin targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and value-based sales plans
- Provide technical advice in collaboration with the Product Application team
- Align with Key Account Management teams to support account strategies
- Collaborate with Fluid Intelligence Solutions, Customer Service, and Technical teams
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
- Use CRM and other tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows
